On March 18, 2022, United Nations Post issued the 2022 Endangered Species stamps. For more than 20 years, UNPA has continuously issued a series of endangered species stamps, showcasing many beautiful and diverse wildlife, to draw people to realize the many benefits brought to people by maximizing the protection of the diverse biological resources on earth. The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) is an international agreement between governments. It is a legally binding multilateral agreement that sets the rules for international trade in wild species. The convention regulates international trade in more than 38,000 species as restricted. The aim is to ensure that these trades are legal, sustainable and traceable, and that international trade in specimens of wildlife does not threaten their survival.
