About 40th Anniversary of the Organic Law of the Court of Auditors
On 12 May 1982, the Organic Law of the Court of Audit was enacted on the basis of the draft law adopted by the Council of Ministers on 23 October 1979 and presented to the Congress of Deputies on 8 November 1980. This law referred its development to a subsequent law, which was approved by Law 7/1988, of 5 April 1988, on the Functioning of the Court of Audit.
