Santa's skis run better this year than ever before. It is not because of the snow, as here and there isn't any of it at all. The secret cannot be in the good ski wax or in Santa's splendid shape. And yet he moves inexhaustibly from one person to another, open-handedly sharing out bigger and smaller presents. The wind whistles in Santa's ears when he passes on more obstruction. How many all kind of stumps and hammocks there are covered up under the snow! But this does not discourage him. Santa Claus naturally finds that he has the best work in the whole world. But he doesn't understand one thing - why couldn't all the months be equally jolly. Because it is joy that adds swing to life. Merry Christmas!
