2019 Cricket 50p Coin Collection - Commemorative

To mark what will be an incredible year in the history of British sport, we are delighted to present this set of five 50 pence coins. The coins are housed within a card and presented with a mini sheet from our 2009 Cricket collection included with our compliments.

Each coin has been approved by The ICC and Buckingham Palace and features the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 logo on the reverse.

The coins feature five specially commissioned designs:

• Cover Drive
• Slip Catch
• Delivery Stride
• Stumping

The mini sheet features the artwork of Karen Neale and Chrissy Pierce, both artists who are highly respected within the world of cricket.

The first stamp shows the legendary W G Grace batting at Lord's Cricket Ground in 1895, the second The Ashes trophy and finally a painting of Lords Cricket Ground by Karen Neale, she was the MCC's Young Cricket Artist for 2005.
