Portugal’s 2026 EUROPA stamp issue, released on 9 May by CTT – Correios de Portugal, celebrates the theme “70 Years of EUROPA Stamps – United in…”. The design, created by Finnish artist Klaus Welp, features a rising dotted line inspired by stamp perforations to symbolize progress, along with seven connected dots representing seven decades of EUROPA issues and a multicolored gradient reflecting Europe’s diversity and unity.
