Issued for the High Holy Days (Rosh Hashanah) 5710, the set consists of three denominations — **5, 10, and 35 prutot** — bearing the insignia of the Israel Army, Navy, and Air Force respectively, as well as the government's official coat of arms.

As with other early Israeli issues, the tab comes in two parts — the descriptive portion itself and an additional piece of selvedge — and a stamp with both parts intact is considered a "full tab."
