Medugorje - Youth Festival

International youth festival of prayers – youth fest, is a fruit of Our Lady’s Apparitions in Medjugorje. The first youth meeting of prayers was held in 1990, and its actuator was dr. father Slavko Barbarić. The festival is taking place every year from 01. till 06. August.

It, literally, gathers youth from all over the world. A meeting, every year gathers more than 20.000 youth from around 40 countries. With prayer, spiritual compositions and faith experiences Youth fest has become a truly hope of Church expressed in a shape of prayer gathering upon Mary in one Church Body – Christ.
