2025Great Estonian Things - Mulgi Cabbage Stew - Set

Although ancient Estonians perfected the craft of baking rye bread more than a millennium, another gastronomic gem comes from a smaller southern tribe called the Mulks. When farm buying became possible in late 19 centuries, a great migration started and influenced Mulks who carried their distinct culinary customs with them across Estonia.
