2025City of Air - Miniature Sheet

A new set of stamps as part of the "Cities of the Air" series, a theme that celebrates the magic and history of flying-related cities. This year the series is enriched with a new sheet containing two stamps with a single value of EUR 1.30 available in a print run of 20,000. Designed by Bil Benefit, the stamps are inspired by Futurist aeropainting, a movement that combined art and innovation in the sign of the sky, centred on the experience of flight and the aerial vision of the world. The first stamp is dedicated to the Italian International Balloon Grand Prix, one of the world's most prestigious hot air balloon competitions, now in its 37th year.
