2025Christmas Mail - Set

Slovak Post has organised the Christmas Mail since 1999. It is a unique and highly popular project that focuses on children and families, togetherness and tradition. Over the 26 years of the Christmas Mail, almost 2.5 million wishes have been received from children all over the world. They send them to the address “999 99 Ježiško” which is in the municipality of Rajecká Lesná where the post box is located. Last year Baby Jesus received a record-breaking number of letters. Although the majority of them came from Slovakia, there were also letters and postcards from children in Taiwan, China, the Czech Republic, Argentina, New Zealand and many other countries. All those children who include a return address will get a reply from the assistants of Baby Jesus plus a small gift. The replies are not only in Slovak, but can also be in English or Braille.
