2025Shipping in the 17th & 18th Centuries - Flatfish and Basket Fishing - Miniature Sheet

In 2025, PostNL will issue a series of eight frame stamp sheets entitled "Shipping in the Seventeenth and Eighteenth Centuries." The first two stamp sheets were issued on April 1, 2025 (Merchant Navy and State Fleet). The next issue is on June 3, 2025 (Coastal Shipping and Flat- and Bucket Fishing). The other issue dates this year are August 26, 2025 (Hoekwant Fisheries and Regular Shipping) and November 18, 2025 (Inland Freight Shipping and Peat Shipping).

All stamp sheets are available for purchase individually or as a subscription. PostNL will issue an additional stamp sheet on April 1, featuring five special ship types not depicted on the other stamp sheets (kraak, VOC ship, snow ship, yacht, and schokker). This ninth stamp sheet is exclusively for subscribers to the complete series. Subscribers will receive this gift along with their first order.
