About Europa - Peace - The Highest Value of Humanity
In order to issue this year’s EUROPA 2023 stamp, PostEurop organised a stamp design competition called ‘Peace - the highest value of humanity’. The competition was won by POST Luxembourg and the stamp was designed by artists Linda Bos and Runa Egilsdottir. The winning design will be used on all stamps issued by all countries in the EUROPA stamp series.
