About 125th Anniversary of Aksel Bakunts
On May 8th, 2024, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Prominent Armenians. 125th Anniversary of Aksel Bakunts” has been put into circulation. The postage stamp with the nominal value of 320 AMD depicts the painting of the Armenian painter Panos Terlemezyan portraying the prominent Armenian writer, literary critic, translator Aksel Bakunts (1899-1937). The postage stamp also depicts the signature of Aksel Bakunts and the inscription “ARMENIAN WRITER” in Armenian and English languages.
