About Prominent Armenians - 100th Anniversary of Yuri Yerznkyan
On October 2nd, 2022, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Prominent Armenians. 100th Anniversary of Yuri Yerznkyan” has been put into circulation.
The postage stamp with the nominal value of 320 AMD depicts the Armenian prominent film-director, screenwriter, professor, the People's Artist of the Armenian SSR and the Laureate of the State Award Yuri Yerznkyan (1922-1996).
The left part of the postage stamp depicts the fragments from the Armenian film “The Song of the First Love” (director - Yuri Yerznkyan), which was screened in 1958.
The bottom part of the postage stamp depicts the inscription “Yuri Yerznkyan, 1922-1996” in Armenian and English languages.
