About The keys of Shusha Fortress and the coat of arms of Shusha

The key of Shusha Castle is made of silver and decorated with tassels woven with gold and silver threads. This key, currently preserved in the museum, is important in terms of research and promotion of the history of Shusha city.

The coat of arms of the city depicts a part of the golden background divided into two parts - a standing tiger on the right, and a flame erupting from the ground on the left. In the lower half of Shusha's coat of arms, a saddled, reined Karabakh horse is depicted on a green meadow. The coat of arms is also noteworthy in terms of reflecting the natural resources of our country, as well as the harmony of colors.
