About #8MAllTheYear

Coinciding with International Women's Day, Correos is issuing a new stamp as part of the #8MTodoElAño campaign, which the logistics company launched in 2022 and which continues to grow today, in tribute to several emblematic figures who have played a key role in the advances for equality and women's rights in Spain.

With her characteristic style, capable of creating a unique universe that revolves around the female figure and mixes realism, psychedelia and the metaphysical, designer Isa Muguruza has conceived a vertical stamp starring the date '8M' which is surrounded by some of the most representative objects of the lives and professions of the protagonists of this collection, who made history in very difficult conditions.

Clara Campoamor, Isabel Zendal, Almudena Grandes, Dolors Aleu, Concepción Arenal, Elidà Amigó, María Blanchard, Luisa Roldán, Maruja Mallo, María de Maeztu, Elena Fortún, Lucía Sánchez Saornil, Justa Freire and Federica Montseny are part of the collection to which this new postal effect is now added and which will be followed by others on exceptional women to be issued throughout 2024.

The history of Correos is marked by milestones of integration and equality. The presence of women in all categories and the promotion of gender equality has been and continues to be one of the company's hallmarks.

The stamps, and specifically the #8MTodoElAño collection, thus become the perfect vehicle to highlight the work that the company has done throughout its history for gender equality and to emphasize that International Women's Day is not only limited to March 8, but extends to every day of the year.
