Andorran Women - Merce Ubach Filba

As has been the case for several years, the Principality of Andorra is dedicating a stamp to a prominent woman from the Principality in March.

Merce Ubach Filba (1962-2024) was a prominent figure in the history of the Principality of Andorra, being one of the first women to serve as a police officer in the country.
