2025UNESCO World Heritage Sites - Andorra - Set CTO

The stamp depicts a view of the cultural landscape of the Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley, Andorra's only UNESCO site. Inscribed in 2004, the site offers a microcosmic perspective of how people have drawn on the resources of the high Pyrenees over the millennia. 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Andorra and San Marino. Completing the value is ‘1.35’, ‘San Marino’, the Coat of Arms of the Republic, the legend ‘Unesco Sites: Andorra - 1160 bis Valle di Madriu-Perafita-Claror’, the name of the designer and the year 2025. The band to the left of the mini-sheet shows a short text on the Unesco site at the top and an illustration of the Public Palace and a map of Andorra with the location of the site at the bottom.
