5MIINUST is one of the most prominent bands in contemporary Estonian music. Over the course of ten years, four boys from the small coastal town of Võsu have grown into the defining musical act of their generation, leaving a distinctive mark on Estonian pop music with their unmistakable style and memorable performances. Their bold and humorous music speaks to radio listeners of different ages, festival crowds and even those who usually remain untouched by pop music. Over the years, 5MIINUST has collaborated with several well-known Estonian artists and received a number of notable recognitions. The pinnacle of their collaborations and performances came with representing Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest together with Puuluup. The stamp commemorating the band’s 10th anniversary is the first issue in the Estonian Music stamp series.
