On the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the Postal Service of Korea, a global festival of postage stamps will be held from August 7th till August 12th, 2014, the PhilaKorea 2014 World Stamp Exhibition. This will be the fourth time since 1984 for Korea to host the international stamps exhibition that covers all areas of philately.
Over 500 stamp exhibits from 68 countries will be displayed along with 80 stamp sales booths. Also visitors can appreciate and experience unique philatelic cultures from around the world.
It will be a rich experience for visitors and help them recognize how fascinating the world of stamps truly is.
Cpost International NV is also proud to emit a block of 4 stamps on August 7th, 2014 to commemorate this special event.
