2016Medugorje - Set

In Međugorje, a small Herzegovinian village, in 1981 six children testified that the Blessed Mother of God had appeared before them. And even after more then three decades of appearances, messages of the Queen of Peace through the visionaries go out to the world, and may be concluded into five elementary messages: peace, faith, conversion, prayer and fast. The greatest good is peace, and faith is the answer to God's word that was given to people. Through faith we achieve peace, and through true conversion human hearts are purified and a better person is created. The Virgin Mary invites us to prayer that strengthens our faith, as well as fasting, because a person that fasts is in control of himself, is free and is completely devoted to God.
Amongst admirers of the Holy Mary of Međugorje, the Međugorje rosary of peace prevails that consists of 21 beads (seven times three beads). At every three beads, the prayers „Our father“, „Holy Mary“ and „Glory be“ are prayed and are repeated in this way seven times. This rosary is a perfect little prayer, number seven is the number of perfection, and if it is prayed with your heart, surely Holy Mary of Međugorje will not decline it.
An international Commitee, which was established by the Holy See in 2010 for the purpose of reviewing the authenticity of the appearances, finished with their work in 2014 and has submitted the results to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith on consideration. Regardless on what the Pope's final decision will be, nobody can deny the fruits of faith and conversion that Međugorje has given.
