2021Post & Go - Coastal Towers - Set CTO

This stamp issue portrays the various types of fortifications that define Jersey’s coastline. From Georgian and Victorian era battlements intended to defend the Island from French invasion, through to concrete strongpoints, observation and communication buildings constructed around the coast by the occupying German forces during World War II as part of the defensive Atlantic wall.
