202275 Years of Higher Education in Montenegro - Set

The first higher education institution in Montenegro was the Higher Pedagogical School, which opened on October 17, 1947, in Cetinje. The Pedagogical Academy in Nikšić was formed on October 1, 1963, through the integration of the Teacher's School from Nikšić and the Higher Pedagogical School from Cetinje. The Pedagogical Academy was transformed into the Faculty of Teachers in 1977 and in the Faculty of Philosophy in 1988. On the occasion of marking 75 years of existence of higher education in Montenegro, the Post of Montenegro publishes a commemorative edition for special occasions. Edition "75 years of higher education in Montenegro" contains a stamp and the first day cover.
