On July 19th, 2023, one-sided postcard with 1 stamp dedicated to the theme “Prominent Armenians. 100thAnniversary of Sargis Baghdasaryan” has been put into circulation.
The postage stamp of the postcard depicts the prominent Armenian sculptor, People's Artist of the Armenian SSR Sargis Baghdasaryan (1923-2001) against the background of Davit Bek statue created by him. The postage stamp also depicts the inscription “SARGIS BAGHDASARYAN” written in Armenian and English languages.
The bottom left corner of the postcard depicts Sargis Baghdasaryan’s monument “We Are Our Mountains” (“People of Karabakh”, 1967). The postcard also depicts the inscriptions “100TH ANNIVERSARY” and “Armenian sculptor” written in Armenian and English languages.
