Agreement between the Principality and AEMET

The Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (AEMET) and the Government of the Andorra have established a cooperation agreement through which Spain provides meteorological support to the principality. This collaboration includes the exchange of weather data, forecasts, and technical expertise, helping Andorra improve its meteorological monitoring and early warning systems. The agreement strengthens cross-border cooperation, particularly in managing severe weather risks in the Pyrenees, and supports decision-making in areas such as civil protection, tourism, and environmental management.
