Following the themes of the four seasons and winter, the upcoming summer is now the focus of this additional postage stamp sheet. Illustrations of blooming roses, sunflowers, and other flowers in cheerful yellow-orange tones represent this season. The sunflower in particular is a symbol of summer: its large yellow blossoms, seen throughout gardens and fields all summer long, are reminiscent of the sun. Yellow is also the colour of light, symbolising warmth and joy. The ten additional postage stamps on the sheet come in six different low denominations and can be used to top up postage when existing stamps no longer match current postal rates. They can also be combined for custom postage, adding a touch of summer to any postcard or letter.
