The Austria 2026 – Art from Austria stamp edition features the work of contemporary Austrian artist Angela Eisenköck. The stamp showcases her artwork “Fragments 44”, from her Fragments series, which explores themes of nature, transformation and the beauty found in ageing plants through a combination of photography, pastel, charcoal and acrylic techniques. Issued on 12 August 2026, the stamp has a value of €3.50 and measures 42.00 × 33.88 mm. It was produced using offset printing in a quantity of 110,000 stamps, arranged in sheets of 50, with the design created by Regina Simon. This issue forms part of Austrian Post’s ongoing celebration of Austrian art and culture through philately.
