About 140th Anniv. of the UPU (Postal Transportation)
On November 18th, 2014 Kyrgyz Express Post as the second designated operator of Kyrgyzstan issued its first stamps and Souvenir Sheet. The first issue is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the Uiversal Postal Union. Stamps depict the history of the Kyrgyz postal service, namely the means of postal transportation.
