2026EUROPA - 70 Years of PostEurop - Set

For seven decades, EUROPA stamps have symbolized the idea of cooperation and cultural exchange between European countries. Every year, the member countries of PostEurop, which includes Liechtenstein, choose a common theme that they interpret in their own individual designs – expressing European diversity in philatelic form. To mark the 70th anniversary of the EUROPA stamps, a special “Happy Birthday” stamp (face value CHF 1.90) is being issued. The modern, colorful design picks up on the anniversary theme and conveys joy of life, diversity, and cohesion – values that have shaped the EUROPA program since 1956 and continue to make it a unifying symbol across borders to this day.
