2012Opening Accession Negotiations with the EU - First Day Cover

Opening of EU accession negotiations of Montenegro is a very important event for our country. Acknowledging the significance of formal opening of accession negotiations, Montenegro Post was mark this important moment in the integration process by issuing a commemorative postage stamp. Montenegro Post is publishing a commemorative edition of postage stamps containing one stamp and First Day envelope within the edition “Opening of EU Accession Negotiations“. The author of the conceptual design is Adela Zejnilović, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
