About Stamp Day
Stamp Day The conceptual design of the author presents the postage stamp as the central element, in the form of a stylized paper kite in the sky. This way, it represents the spirit of joy, celebration and serenity. The Montenegro Post is publishing a commemorative edition of postage stamps containing a stamp and a First Day envelope within the edition Stamp Day. The author of the conceptual design is Darko Vučković, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
