1 Spain Souvenir Sheet: Spanish Presidency of the EU 1 special uncirculated 2 euro coin: Spanish Presidency of the EU 1 envelope with the stamp of the Spanish Presidency of the EU Special exclusive postmark for this edition (2023). It cannot be obtained outside of this folder. It can be purchased as always through the Philately Customer Service. Available for sale starting September 29, 2023.
