About 75th Anniv. of the Children`s Home - Mladost-Bijela
Public Institution Children's Home “Mladost” in Bijela is a residential care institution dealing with children deprived of parental care and children whose development is hindered by family circumstances. It is the only such institution in the territory of Montenegro.
The Home in Bijela was founded in 1946. About 2,000 children were residents of the Home in the long series of years since its establishment until today.
Montenegro Post, within the edition 75th Anniversary of the Children's Home “Mladost” Bijela, publishes a commemorative stamp and the first day cover.
