About Joy of Europe
Joy of Europe Through her conceptual design, the author of this stamp conveys joy in a very stylized manner. Lines of different colours are reaching out to the top, carrying the EU stars as their target. The Montenegro Post is publishing a commemorative edition of postage stamps containing a stamp and a First Day envelope within the edition Joy of Europe. The author of the conceptual design is Dušanka Seratlić, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
