2015Fauna - Flamingos - Set

Flamingo is on average 110-150cm tall and weighs 2-4kg. The beak is pink, with a dark top bent downwards. The eyes are pale yellow. The neck is long and very flexible. The legs are completely pink. The wings are narrow. In Montenegro, it can be seen in the bird habitat near the Ulcinj Saltworks. The Montenegro Post is publishing a commemorative postage stamp entitled “Flamingo” within the edition “Fauna” containing a postage stamp and a First Day envelope. The author of the conceptual design is Zoran Popović, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
