About XXII Olympic Winter Games
The XXII Olympic Winter Games will be held in Sochi, Russia from 7th to 23rd February 2014.Sochi was selected as the host city on 4th July 2007 at 119th session of the International Olympic Committee in Guatemala. This will be the first time that Russia has organized the Olympic Winter Games. The Montenegro Post is publishing a commemorative postage stamp and a First Day envelope within the edition “XXII Olympic Winter Games”. The author of the conceptual design is Zoran Popović, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
