About 75 Years of ZAVNO of Montenegro and Boka
The State Anti-Fascist Council for the National Liberation (ZAVNO) of Montenegro and Boka was formed at a meeting of the people’s representatives held on 15 and 16 November 1943 in Kolašin. This was also the first meeting of ZAVNO, where it established its position as the highest representative and political body of the national liberation movement of Montenegro and Boka.
