On August 10, 2026, PostNL will issue *Beleef de natuur - flora Saba*, a sheet of 10 stamps in 10 different designs. The stamps bear the value indication 1 for mail weighing up to 20 grams with a destination within the Netherlands. The price for a sheet of 10 stamps is €14.00. The stamp sheet featuring the flora of Saba is part of the multi-year *Beleef de natuur* series, which is dedicated to the Caribbean Netherlands in 2024-2026. Four stamp sheets are released annually in the series, each containing 10 different stamps. The stamps depict plants and animals found in this part of the Netherlands. The islands in this region boast an unprecedented biodiversity by Dutch standards, with thousands of species of plants and animals.
In 2026, attention will be paid successively to the birds, butterflies, underwater life, and flora of the Leeward Island of Saba. PostNL already released three stamp sheets about Saba earlier this year: on January 5 about the island's birds, on March 30 about the butterflies, and on June 8 about the underwater life. On the fourth and final stamp sheet of 2026, *Experience Nature - Flora Saba*, a leading role is reserved for the following plants and trees: West Indian Mahogany, West Indian Treefern, Sweet-toothed Shrew, Tamarind, Elephant Ear, Lobster Claws, Aechmea Lingulata, Yellow Blossom, Caribbean Bladderwort, and Sierran Palm.
