The Palace of the famous Kotor noble family Drago is located on the square of St. Tripun in the Old Town of Kotor. It consists of two wings, of which the south, it mostly preserved the characteristics of mature Gothic - bifore, triphora, relief tympanony, several family coats of arms with a dragon as the basic symbol and other stylistic elements. Particularly beautiful are sculpted consoles in a wandering passage below the palace. These are, in fact, semi-sculptors with floral decorations, heads of angels and family coats of arms, all derived from a half-edged relief in the manner of a mature Gothic 15th century, when the palace was built. Today in the palace is a local cultural institution. The costume of the Bokelj Navy, or the quiver, of black color, was made of a black regular canvas (XX century), while it was previously made of velvet and silk. The hood must be light and soft so that it can be easily shaped and placed on the head. It is positioned so that it engages the half of the forehead and bends towards the right. It consists of tapalaks, surroundings and derevia. Sometimes the tapal was made of red or blue linen, the area was black, and the derawa (from silk). Outside the tapalak is decorated with a link with a golden wire. A flower, made of silver wire, is attached to the middle of the embroidered part. Flowers on the cap were worn only by armed sailors. The author of the idea is Zoran Popović, a graphic designer from Podgorica.
